Nanny Cam
Is it possible for the images on a nanny cam to be distorted enough to be misinterpreted? This is in regards to my wife who was arrested, do I have a right to view the tape or find out what kind of camera was used?

It is possible that the images could be distorted. You will need to have the prosecution establish "chain of custody" as well as have an expert testify to "autheticity." You have no right to review the evidence against another person. She and her lawyer will be able to review this issue. I hope her bail is reduced today.
