Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
My ex has a NCO on him from DV charges with me. He violated it twice and is on probation with suspended sentencing.
His girlfriend broke up with him and now he is after her. If she calls police, what will they do to him, if they look him up and see he is on probation from DV with me?

It might make a small difference in the way the officers process information about him, when they see he has a history of domestic violence.
Where it will really matter is if he is charged with a new DV crime. Judges and prosecutors will be extremely agressive with his case if he has prior DV history.
