I have two non-violent felonies that are over 13 years old and I was wanting to know about getting closed or what ever it is called to have the hidden. how do I go about doing that?

While sealing may be possible, it does not always keep case information from being accessed.
You may be eligible to vacate the convictions pursuant to RCW 9.94A.640. Review the statute to determine whether you are eligible. Typically, this is the first step toward sealing a case (not required, but sealing is more unlikely if convictions are not vacated).
You can find forms for vacating convictions at www.courts.wa.gov.
