Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Obstructing someone from calling police.
I was arguing with my wife, when she picked up the phone and called my place of work to get me in trouble for not reporting to work on time (basicly to get me to leave). I then took the phone away. She then picked up another phone, and started to dial. I assumed she was doing it again, she states she was calling the police and now I am being charged. How much trouble am I in?

frankly you are in more trouble than you know. They will probably charge you , if they do at all with interfering with reporting domestic violence, protection orders will be in place, and if convicted possible jail and fines and probation
