Parental Presence during questioning of juvinile
What is the age that the law requires a parental presence during questioning of a minor by law enforcement on or before charges were even made?

Parental presence is required at any time until age 18 or sooner if the minor child is emancipated by either court order or marriage or otherwise by operation of law.The cops always want to question the kids without the parents being present but don't give in or other wise get a lawyer! Good Luck!
