Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
personal mail received @ former place of employement
i was in a business with a partner. I am no longer working there. My partner (business) is holding my mail until I return something that he feels is his. Can he hold my mail addressed to me? is it lawful? is there a form I can file?
