Is this your case? If you are charged with the crime then you are entitled to all that you say. If you are merely curious about someone else's case then you are unlikely to get any of the information you seek. If this is your case, you must have a lawyer who can answer these questions for you and who can go about gathering the information you seek. If you do not have a lawyer than clearly you need to hire one immediately because, in a murder case, your very life could be at stake. I'd be happy to help you if you don't already have assistance.
Getting the forensic results is the result of a simple discovery request. Getting your own test is simply a matter of finding a qualified doctor to perform the test. He/she can arrange with the State lab for the evidence. The 911 tape needs a subpeona, and quickly as they usually keep them only 90 days.
