Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
petition for waiver of legal financial obligation Washington state
I have been told that there is available in Washington state a motion form to ask that a financial obligation be waived due to indegence. Do you know where I can get this form or a pro bono attorney that might assist a indegent person with this process. Thank You.

You should be able to find it on the Washington Courts website, www.courts.wa.gov
If you want a pro bono attorney, you should contact legal aid, such as Evergreen Legal Services.
