Police possession
I got arrested and the police took medicine prescribed to my friend. My friend needs the medicine, how would he go about collecting his property?

Re: Police possession
It is probably that your friend cannot get the medicine back. It is illegal to be in possession of someone else's prescription to it is likely evidence in a case being made against you. Do not make any statements to the police yourself. Your friend should not make any statements to the police either. Even trying to reclaim the medicine might make the case against you stronger as he/she would be a further witness that the medicine did not belong to you. If you need help defending the case against you contact me directly.
