What are my rights in getting my police report in washington state and how do I go about getting it?

In a pending case you have an absolute right to be aware of the allegations against you, the nature of the evidence and the witnesses' statements. All of this is included in the police report. Ask the Judge for it.
If there is no pending case write to the police department.
