I had sex with a coworker. When I wouldn't continue the relations, she file a report with the police saying I force her to have sex. I gave a truthful statement to the police and now they would like me to take a polygraph test. I have nothing to hide. Should I take the test?

Difficult to say. The polygraph is not admissible evidence so it could end the investigation and, even if it goes poorly, not be used against you in court. However, I am against clients answering questions to the police in general. They are very good at questioning in a way that causes someone to incriminate themselves--even when they've done nothing wrong. I highly recommend you hire a lawyer at this point to review the case and speak to the police on your behalf.
