Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Posession, intent to deliver of marajuana
A friend of mine was just arrested and those are just a few of his charges, I suspect he was arrested by an undercover cop. Can the cops use information off of his phone and try to track me/ people in his phone down?

Of course he can. That's considered good police work.

The police can look at the call log and investigate. However, a number in a phone does not make one guilty of a crime.
Don't talk to the police without an attorney.
