possesion with intent to deliver

I was pulled over for a dim plate ligrt in my friends car by state patrol ran a check dwls3, asked if checked car if he would find any thing illegal i said no he put me in the patrol car searched my friends car under center councel said he found drugs asked me about them I said I wanted to talk to my attorey they did not find anything on my person.how can they prov I had any knowledge of the findings what could they charge me with and how could they prov it. then they would not PR me or give me bail reduction because they said I had a warrent out of another county I have not been in trouble since i got out of prison in 2000. when I got out on bail they ran a check for any warrents they found none. why and how could the prosicuter say I had warrents and not be any. could i file for harassment or get my bail money back after court I will not take a plea bargin i'm taking it to trial what do you think? thank you for your time
