Can someone press charges against me for stealing their credit card if i already paid them back?

Yes. In the criminal law context only the state (government) can file a criminal complaint. So the victim of the crime makes a statement to law enforcement, but it is up to a prosecutor to decide whether to file charges. Many factors could go into the prosecutor's decision process. The fact that you made good on the damages may count, but does not actually cancel the criminal act, but a prosecutor may decide that especially since the money was paid back it is not a case worth the effort. Ultimately up to a prosecutor to decide what to do with the case.
