There is no easy answer to your question. It depends, primarily, for what you are on probation. Serious felonies, they will usually extradite, misdemeanors they usually wont. In the long run, however, it is worth it to get the warrant cleaned up and get the case closed. A lot of employers do some kind of background check and it could cost you a job.
