Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

My Problem

I was arrested in September for something that occured in June. It was a assault and robbery...though i never touched or stole anything from the victim it was 2 other people that were there..at the time i was coked out and drunk. Since then i have been attending drug couselling and school everysingle day. I also attend church every sunday and wendnesday & help in a sunday school class. what do you think is going to happen to me??

Are you an adult or juvenile? What prior history do you have? Why do they think it was you? What does the fact that you were coked out and drunk have to do with the case if you didn't do it? You'll need to sit down with a lawyer and review these details. If you were arrested and jailed then a public defender has been assigned to you case.
