what is punishment in wa state for domestic violence conviction when a firearm is brandished, but not pointed at anyone?

Possibly nothing. Unless you have some previous conviction prohibiting you from possessing a firearm it is legal to brandish a firearm in your home. Also, who says you were brandishing it? Maybe you were just carrying it out to the truck to go hunting. The burden of proving what you intended is on the government. That's hard to do if you DONT MAKE ANY STATEMENTS.
