reckless endangerment
i was arrested for reckless
endangerment as i had admitted to
saying that i would set myself and
the house on fire...it was that
moment of anger taking over
me...didnt mean it. now am on no
contact and i would like to take it off
my record and get back to my family
and life....please advice.

It isn't enough to say you didn't mean something. If you don't mean it you shouldn't say. To say afterwards that you were angry only makes it worse. People do the worst things when they are angry. That said, if you haven't been in trouble before you should be able to keep this off your record. Additionally, your statement alone would not support a reckless endangerment charge, perhaps a harassment but I don't see reckless endangerment in that statement. Your lawyer should be able to advise you more specifically. Needless to say, if you do not have a lawyer you should hire one. Contact me directly for further assistance.
