How to remove a no-contact order?
I'm wanting to have a no-contact order removed against my husband, I also need information on how to go about getting a police statement revised?

Re: How to remove a no-contact order?
You will have to go before the same judge that issued the no contact order and show good cause why the order should be vacated. If you do not do that, the order will stay in effect until it expires or the court's period of jurisdiction ends. Police reports are not revised; instead, they can be supplemented. Police are not willing to go back and change what was said, recorded and observed at the time of the report as such reports are viewed as being more accurate based upon events as they occurred at the time and not as people view them in hindsight and upon reflection of the consequences.
