requesting a different judge
how can i file a motion of prejudice against the judge in a criminal case.i would also like to know how to request a new attorney .

Good questions both. The affidavit of prejudice is a simple process. Most courts have a one page form. If not, just say to the judge you would like to file one. You do not even need to give a reason. The trick is that you may not be able to do it if the judge has already made a "discretionary ruling" on your case. If you can't do it but you try that may make the judge resentful of you. While most judges are impartial enough that they wouldn't hold it against you; some would.
You can similarly ask the judge for a new lawyer. However, you are not likely to be successful. To get advice on how to be successful we would need to meet in person. I have a $200 consulting fee. If you have further questions, contact me directly.
