Re-Sentencing

I won part of my appeal in the Appeals Court, Division 1. Order issued on 6/1/07.... The order stated in part ''Court Action Required: The sentencing court or criminal presiding judge is to place this matter on the next available motion calendar for action consistent with the opinion.'' Today is 8/27/07 and I have not received notice of a hearing? How do I get a hearing for this?
