Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
need to 're-submit' this ? please
on a missing persons report, is it not a good idea to do this if husband walked out on our marriage? if i dont know where he is but do know that he is 'ok', but he is still in fact 'missing', then why wouldnt i file ? do people only file if they feel or know that the 'missing person' is in danger? or what ever? and feel that the law needs to step in to prevent that or what? thank you

How do you know for sure that he's "okay" if he's missing? You don't think anything is wrong but you don't know for sure. Go ahead and report the missing person just in case.
