what is the standard sentencing range for a juvenile being charged as an adult?

That depends on a number of factors the most significant being the prior criminal history. However, there are aggrevating and mitigating factors that may alter the range. The juvenile should have an attorney on the case who can explain all of this to him/her. If the juvenile does not have an attorney please feel free to contact me for further assistance.
