ruing xmas

my girlfriend, who is the mother of my two daughters has a drug problem. she lives with me in my home. the house is in my name only. this xmas I gave her money for the girls presents. when my girls opened them, most of them were filled with there moms old clothes. pretty low. I am tired of this woman taking from us. ie grocery money etc. I feel like a victim in my own home. how can I keep her away when my girls are at home. I work the night shift. I am desperate for a answer. please help.

If you want her out of the house you'll need to speak with a landlord/tenant attorney as she may have the right to live there based on living there in the past. You may need to go through an eviction process.

As for taking money--don't give her any or leave any where she can get it.

If she is otherwise harassing or a danger to you or the girls you can pursue a protection order against her. Perhaps you should sit down with an attorney and talk over the situation.
