search warrant
my house was raided a couple of months ago no one was arrested then. they came this month nov 16 and arreseted me. how long do they have to arrest on that search warrant.

Depending on what they are searching for and the basis of their information, a search warrant grows stale. State v. Higby. If stale, the resulting evidence is suppressed.
If it was an arrest warrant that remains active until served.
