Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I am seeking to have my Judgement & Sentence amended. Is ther a particular way I need to write the judge or form my request?

Yes, and it depends on the court. Very generally, you file a motion to amend and note it for a date and time. Normally contact the clerk in advance, to ask what date / time is available for that kind of motion. Serve a copy on the prosecutor at least a week prior to the date.
Or call the lawyer who handled your case and ask them to do it. Or hire a new lawyer.
