Seized vehicle
If police have a Search Warrant to search a priviously seized vehicle and police fail to search it, but return the warrant as served can police continue to hold that vehicle for over 60 days?

When the vehicle was seized you should have received paperwork on how to challenge the seizure. You must request a hearing quickly, I believe within 45 days, so it may already be too late. The seizure of the vehicle is a civil action, separate from the criminal search warrant looking for evidence.
