Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was sentenced to 120 days in jail with an additional 30 days of home monitor. My wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer 3 days after sentencing. I was released on a furlough and did my 30 days of home monitor. I have been in custody (listed by the jail) for 130 days. I spent 16 actual days in jail. My wife is home ill, with our 4 children. Is there anyway to get help to have my time in custody count as time served? Please someone help I don't want to be in jail when my wife dies and have the children harmed by this somehow. any help?

Ask your lawyer to seek a sentence modification. You'll need to document your wife's illness.
