I was curious how a sentence review
works. Can you go in front of the judge
to get reduced after you serve
minimum sentence or is it 75% of your
sentence. It is for Dui

Re: sentencing reviews
Sadly, neither are at issue. The only question is whether you have complied with the conditions of your sentence, usually other than the jail time. Conditions like getting treatment, having law abiding behavior, no contact with specific individuals, etc. Often, the mere fact that a hearing is set means there is an allegation that you have violated a condition. The Judge, if he/she finds that you have, can give you more jail time. Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.
