Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I have been served with papers to appear in court but I haven't been charged with a crime the cops said they don't have enough but the judge will decided to charge me or not after hearing both sides of the story should I get a lawyer for this or not?

You should definitely meet with a lawyer before you appear in court. Sounds like decisions might be made there that have a huge impact on you, so you don't want to show up unprepared.
