sexual assault
plead guilty to charge of sexual assault w/ a prostitute served time and probation can charge be dismissed from record so as to move to another state to look for work?

If you served time, then your record probably includes a conviction. A conviction for assault will preclude a dismissal or nondisclosure from your record. Get a copy of your complete file to be certain.
