to go to court . what will happen in

Most likely you will be charged with Theft in the third degree. The sentence will depend on your criminal history, any aggrevating factors in the case verse any mitigating factors in the case. You will want to get a lawyer. If you cannot afford one you can have the assistance of the public defender.
