ok so i slapped this 14 yr old kid on the school bus b/c he would not turn his music down after i asked him 3 times he was 14 me 18 his mom went and took him to get x rayed and now wants me to pay the doctor bill andi am beingtried for 4th degree assallt i have never been in trouble with the law and i talked to thecop and told the whole story when questioned can this evidence be used aginst me in court and what is the worst punishment i could get

I'm sorry to hear you got yourself into this difficult position. Unfortunately, you will probably need to pay the doctor bill. Yes, your statements can be used against you. The officer probably told you that anything you say can and will be used against you. The maximum you can get for this is one year in jail and a $5000 fine. Although with no history you are not likely to get either. If you are in the Seattle/Tacoma area I can handle the matter for you for $1000.
