Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
My son is a convicted felon although he's free now. He has received a jury summons and has to supply proof of this in order to be excluded from jury selection. We don't know how to obtain this information.

You could contact the court that handled the felony case, that court could give you documents from the case.
Or you could walk in to any local district or municipal court, they could print out his criminal history.
You could download a WATCH report from Washington State Patrol. That is a criminal background check that would show the felony conviction.
Or just show up for jury duty and tell them right away. They will excuse him then.
