Statute of Limataions on warrents for failure to appear

A person with a DUI and driving under suspended,and does not show up for there court case,how long is the statute of limatations on something like that,how long could a warrent be issued in a case like that?Do they every stop the warrent?

One who fails to show up for court proceedings of which he has notice is a fugitive.

There is no statute of limitations for fugitives, so the warrant remains active virtually forever.
