What is the statute of limitations on class C felonies in washington state?

Re: statute of limitations

Generally, class C felonies may not be prosecuted more than 5 years after commission of the offense.

There are exceptions with longer and shorter periods. Refer to RCW 9A.04.080 for specific information.
