i received a subpoena on the day after the actual court date due to a recent address change, will i be criminally charged for this?

You will not be criminally charged for missing the court date. You likely do have a warrant for your arrest. You need to call the court to arrange a warrant quash date. Then bring documentation establishing the recent address change along with proof that you have now updated your address with the DOL. If you'd like help with the actual case contact me directly.
