taking a lie detector test
two people are charged with burglary in the 2nd, one lawyer tells his client to not take a lie detector while the other lawyer tells his client to. Would you recommend your client to take a lie detector test?

Re: taking a lie detector test
Depends on whether my client would need to lie or not. Also, it would depend on how much other evidence the prosecutor has and whether the prosecutor is interested in the lie detector test. Lie detector tests are not admissible evidence so in general there is no point in taking one. Contact me directly if you'd like more information.
