june 30,2005 a temporary protection order was filed on me.july 7,2005 i violated said order. on july 14,2005 while in court on said order the plantiff explained to the judge how i violated it. the judges comments were,''mrs.--name removed--what your saying about the violation isn't a violation'', and dismissed the case. can the prosecutor charge me on this same case now?

Re: temporary protection order
The case cannot be refiled if the judge dismissed it "with prejudice" so that it cannot be refiled later. If it was dismissed without prejudice, the prosecutior could refile against you within the statute of limitations period. Good Luck!
