2.A security officer stops a man outside the store for not paying for $255.00 worth of clothing mechandise. The security guard grabs him and the suspect pushes his way around the guard and runs off. What crime/s was commited?

At least criminal trespassing and possibly burglary or robbery depending on the method of "demand."
Robbery, using force to retain stolen property. Assault, the degree depending on the level of injury to the security guard.
