A class B felony can be punished with up to 10 years in prison and a 20,000 fine. You'll likely face nothing like that depending on your own criminal history and the facts of the case. Whatever your standard range, you can ask for a downward departure and the prosecutor can ask for an upward departure so you really need a good lawyer. Also, you may qualify for a first offender waiver. Contact me directly if you'd like help with the case.
