theft in the first degree

What is going to happen to me for theft in the first degree, Ihave a taking and riding w/out permission from when I was 18 I am now 46 I stole $2200 from my employer 1 year and a half ago and was just charged with it by the state of washington

First you will appear at arraignment and plead not guilty. If you can not afford a lawyer to appear on your behalf at arraignment, a Public Defender will be available to represent you at that hearing. What will happen after that is based on more specific facts of your case (the strength of the case, the Court this is in, from what company you stole, the Prosecutor handling the case and many other factors). http://pelleylawgroup.com/washingtonstatetheft.htm

The conviction from when you were 18 may come into play at sentencing but should not count toward your points (presuming you would be convicted or plead guilty).
