first time offender theft two charge
I am on electric home monitoring, can I run it concurrent with whatever jail time I get from a theft two charge. First felony charge ever.

Yes. But unlikely. It is up to the second sentencing Judge whether to do so. There need to be some good reasons why the second Judge would basically not punish you because you are already doing EHM. So, possibly but unlikely.
