can u be prosecuted

in the state of was can u be prosecuted for seeing more than 1 md and getting prescription pain meds from them?

I take it you are seeing more than one MD for the same thing, not letting them know you are seeing another doctor, and getting redundant prescriptions for the same ailment. That would be fraud. Also likely some form of controlled substance violation.
