unlawfull arrest for malic mischif 3rd DV

me and my wife to be wher having some drinks and i borke the door window on accident(We rent a house together). Latter we started arguing and her child (12yr old)who was upstairs the whole time called 911 because he got scared. the child din't know the address so i gave it to the lady on the phone. then i went outside to a car and slept to calm the situation. i awoke to a dog pulling me out and put face down on the gound and in cuffs right then without asking my side of the case.the officer put a knee on the back of my head while doing so.when i was transfered a cop (not the arresing officer)added dv to the papper.no free call what can i do to take it off my record and file for a wrongfull arrest also i want the nco to be taken off so dose she

thecity put the nco on me not her.

the dambage of the act was less than 50 dollars.also they listed her as owner of proerty. how can i get a copy of all the reports

she loves me and i love her and iwant my life back please help me
