vacating
does an order to vacate a misdemeanor vacate it from court records or wsp records as well?

it does vacate in court record and WSP if you send them the necessary documentation, but if you want it not to be seen on background checks you have to seal the record as well. All vacate does is change your guilty verdict to not guilty.
