The first thing I would ask is how do you know she called. Did you speak with her? Then the question becomes is she calling from her own phone (which would be very foolish)? If not, subpeoning her phone records isn't going to help. Whether you should hire a lawyer or not depends on how important this case is to you. Is it worth the thousands of dollars a lawyer will cost? Only you can make that call. You know how much money you have vs. the concern you have that caused you to get the anti-harassment order.
