Violation of NCO

I am currenting waiting trial for a

malicious mischief 3rd degree. My ex stated I broke a garden pot. I had filed (Pro-Se) Paternity Suit against my ex. and had him served. He then contacted me through an fictious email account and also contacted my phone several times. I had addressed the person as Mr.Smith and acted like they were a mutual friend. Anyway. I sent a copy of Birthcertificate to my ex and he claims that he couldnt verify and thats because im under ACP and its sealed. So he files a violation of NCO against me for those reasons?

When he contacted me he stated that because I was pro-se and it was in concerns of the suit that it wasnt a violation? PCSD contacted me and I denied contacted him even though they have emails from me? He was just given a deposition by my attorney as was found lying on some things and then 2days later he files the complaint against me? I havent been charged yet but im waiting for them to send me notice.. Im sure they are going to try and get me for violation in order to help there case against me and also before this he tried to dismiss the case and the DA refused.. I had to dimiss the Paternity Case because he stated that he would file the NCO complaint. So I dropped case and then he f
