Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I have voice recording of my girlfriend saying she lied
about a domestic violence call to 911.She admits on the recording she was just mad.Can this be used in court? She did not know I recorded her(in person, not phone)

Her statement could be useful in supporting your defense, provided there is either an express statement that there was no assault or the statement itself clearly implies as much. On the other hand, people who are assaulted generally get mad . . .
Be advised that you may have violated the law against recording another person without consent.
