Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was waken by an officer saying he had a search warrant, was never shown one until they were done, search warrant is for my boyfriend who doesn't live here, the officers came in when my 15year old son answered the front door they came into my room while I was asleep is this ok. they treated my family like we did something wrong, and never showed the warrant until the end of the search, I told them that these where my stuff and that the person they where doing the search on didn't live here. they did not want to listen, they just stated someone had identified him. the warrant says 9:06pm but I didn't see the warrant till almost midnight. the warrant is for evidence of theft II and possession of stolen property
